That only happens with a plan. Everyone knows their job. There's always a Plan B. Nothing is left to hope. I learned to build that kind of structure long before I ever worked with a small business, and it's the same structure I teach now.

Alongside that, I'm a Certified Business Strategist, and a qualified ADHD Practitioner. The first means I know how to actually teach this, not just do it. The second means I understand decision fatigue and overwhelm well enough to build a method that removes it.
